6. Installation

Car Bros Auto Parts is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect diagnosis, modification, misuse, abuse, or installation of an incompatible part, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

7. Labor and Additional Expenses

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by Car Bros Auto Parts in writing, we do not reimburse costs associated with:

  • Calibration

  • Towing

  • Vehicle rental

  • Storage

  • Lost wages

  • Loss of vehicle use

  • Shop fees

  • Additional replacement parts

  • Other incidental expenses

Customers should verify compatibility and condition before incurring installation or related expenses.

8. Product Descriptions and Images

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, part numbers, compatibility information, and condition information.

However, occasional errors may occur.

Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the age or condition of a used part.

For listings containing photographs of the actual used part, the photographs form an important part of the product description and should be reviewed carefully.

9. Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information errors, or other mistakes on our website.

If an order is affected by a material pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund where permitted by applicable law.

10. Inventory Availability

Many of our used automotive parts are unique items with a quantity of one.

Car Bros Auto Parts may sell inventory through multiple sales channels, including our website and third-party marketplaces such as eBay.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep inventory synchronized, an item may occasionally sell through another sales channel before our website inventory updates.

An item may also become unavailable if damage or another significant issue is discovered during final inspection.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.
